There are two books the Bible talked about. The two books are: the record book of life and the book of life. These two books are not the same. It is not confusing, please see definition below:

The record book of life is the book that bear record of all our activities on earth (Job 16:19), and contain the account of how we live our life here on earth with every word we speak on daily basis (Mathew 21:36).

While the book of life contains the name of the righteous people who will make Heaven and escape condemnation. Any name not found in the book of life will be condemned to the lake of fire. (Rev 20:15).

The book of Revelation 20:12 opened our understanding to the fact that these two books exist separately. Please read :

“And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done.” (Rev 20:12)

So, Heaven is writing down everything you are doing on earth. Heaven is taking proper record of how you are living your life on earth. You will give account of all your deeds on the day of judgement when the two books are opened for you (Revelation 20:12).

The day you committed adultery was written. The day you raped that lady or that woman was written. Proper record was taken the very faithful day you commited fornication or adultery. The day you committed that crime was written down. The day you used sin to cover up sin was written. I don’t really know the type of sin you perpetrated, but I can tell you that Heaven is taking proper record and account of all you are doing on earth.

You see! “The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.”
(Proverb 15:3).

There is no escape from hell except through genuine repentance. Just like my father in thy Lord said, you will be jammed if you run to Germany. You will be rushing if you run to Russia. You can’t be okay if you escape to the UK. It doesn’t matter where you run to. The eyes of God is everywhere. No escape from destruction except if you repent now. That’s your only way out.

You must seek the face of God and ask God to forgive you. With a genuine heart, just repent and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. That is your only way to be freed from damnation.

Say : Lord Jesus, I am sorry for my sin. Forgive me. (confess your sin). I accept you today as my Lord and Saviour, come into my life and remain there forever. Amen.
