Former Ondo SSG Laid to Rest in Akure

Hon. Temitayo Oluwatuyi, the former Secretary to the Ondo State Government, was buried at his residence in Akure on Saturday.

Oluwatuyi passed away in December while receiving medical care after an accident. His burial followed an outing and thanksgiving service at Christ Apostolic Church, Oke Isegun, Akure.

Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa described him as a dedicated public servant who served with commitment and positively impacted many lives. He acknowledged Oluwatuyi’s contributions to the state’s development and grassroots politics.

Oluwatuyi had previously served as a local government chairman, Commissioner for Natural Resources, and twice as SSG.

Church President, Pastor Henry Ojo, reminded attendees about the importance of spiritual preparedness for the afterlife.
