Former Head of Service in Ondo State, Barrister Toyin Akinkuotu, has passed away.
Akinkuotu, widely recognised as the brain behind Lujama Heritage, died on Thursday, September 11, 2025.
His death was confirmed in a statement issued by Alhaji Akinkunmi M.A (Ph.D), Secretary, on behalf of the Chairman, which read: “With a heavy heart, we announce the demise of our beloved brother, the brain behind Lujama Heritage, the former Head of Service in person of Barrister Toyin Akinkuotu. His legacy and contributions to Ondo State Government and the Ondos will forever be remembered and cherished. May the good Lord grant him eternal rest.”
Burial arrangements are expected to be announced by the family in due course.
