Tinubu Makes New Appointments

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved new appointments in the Office of the Vice President, naming Temitola Adekunle-Johnson as Special Adviser on Job Creation and MSMEs, and Uju Anwuka as Senior Special Assistant on Public Health.

The announcement came from Stanley Nkwocha, Senior Special Assistant on Media and Communications in the Vice President’s Office.

He explained that these appointments align with the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda, aiming to improve key sectors.

Before this, Adekunle-Johnson and Anwuka held similar roles, serving as Senior Special Assistant and Special Assistant, respectively.

In his previous role, Adekunle-Johnson worked on policies to support job creation and small business growth.

Meanwhile, Anwuka focused on tackling malnutrition and hunger, particularly in vulnerable communities.

She played a key role in launching the Nutrition 774 Initiative, which seeks to address nutrition challenges across the country.
