INEC Raises Alarm Over Violence In Bayelsa, Imo, Kogi

  Ahead of the November 11 governorship elections in Bayelsa, Imo and Kogi states, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has expressed concern over the cycle of violence witnessed in the states. The Chairman, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, raised the alarm on Friday in Abuja at the meeting of the Inter-Agency Consultative Committee on Election Security (ICCES) on the review of the 2023 general elections.
