The wife of comedian Ganiu Morufu, also known as Ijoba Lande, has responded to claims of infidelity made by her estranged husband.
Darasimi, in an interview with socialite Esabod and other TikTokers, denied being involved with multiple men in the entertainment industry, as alleged by Lande.
Lande had accused her of having affairs with at least 21 entertainers, including Nollywood actor Babatunde Tayo, popularly called Baba Tee.
He also claimed that she left him after he confronted her about her alleged unfaithfulness. However, Darasimi has dismissed these accusations, saying that they are untrue.
Addressing the claim involving Baba Tee, she explained that they met through her friend, Marygold, during a visit to his house. She stated that during a “Truth or Dare” game, she sat on Baba Tee’s lap but nothing else happened.
According to her, Marygold initiated the game after consuming alcohol, and other activities took place between Marygold and Baba Tee, but she did not engage in any sexual act.
Darasimi insisted that infidelity was not the reason for the end of her marriage, though she refused to reveal what led to their separation.
She also challenged Lande to provide proof that she was unfaithful during their marriage.
