I Escape Death Last Night, Pastor Adeboye Hints Congregation

Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), today, created an unending suspense during the church service when he hinted the congregation that he would have passed on over the night if not for God who spared him.
The cleric who gave this shocking revelation told the congregation to thank God they did not gather in the course of the service to mourn him.
Daddy G. O, as he is popular called, was expected as usual to mount the pulpit and give his sermon at the  redemption camp but instead, the cleric, who refused to give details of what happened to him over the night, shocked the whole congregation when he broke the news that he nearly escaped death last night.
He said nobody should bother to find out about what happened to him and how it happened.
After thanking God, Adeboye asked the congregation to ask for whatever they wanted God do for them and he pronounced blessings on the congregants through a long prophetic prayer said in English and Yoruba Language.
Starnews reports that Pastor Adeboye celebrated his 77th birthday yesterday.
Our correspondent is yet to get accurate information of what happened to the cleric as at the time of filing this report.
