Celebration Greets Aiyedatiwa’s Homecoming In Igbokoda

In joyous display of unity, hundreds of residents in Igbokoda, headquarters of Ilaje Local Government Area of Ondo State, welcomed home Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on Saturday.

This marked the first return of Governor Aiyedatiwa to his hometown since assuming office on December 27, 2023.

Accompanied by a jubilant crowd, the Governor was greeted with melodious traditional songs as he made his way to his residence at GRA, Igbokoda.

The enthusiastic display of support continued as locals danced in celebration of their leader’s return.

Expressing gratitude for the warm reception, Governor Aiyedatiwa acknowledged the strength derived from the community’s support and prayers.

He assured the crowd that, as the first Ilaje son to hold the position of Governor, his commitment to being present and making a positive impact in the region is unwavering.

During his journey from Akure to Igbokoda, Governor Aiyedatiwa also took the opportunity to address enthusiastic supporters gathered along the route at Ore and Okitipupa.
