Presidential Tribunal Bans Public Analysis Of Its Proceedings

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja has warned lawyers, the media, litigants and members of the public from analysing its proceedings in the public. Buhari Should Order Army To Produce His Certificates If They Exist – Atiku Tells Tribunal

Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in 2019 election, has reacted to claims by President Muhammadu Buhari that his academic certificates are with the Nigerian Army at the Election Petition Tribunal. Appeal Court reserves judgment on Osun governorship election

The Court of Appeal on Wednesday in Abuja reserved judgment in the appeal filed by the Governor of Osun State, Gboyega Oyetola, challenging the declaration of Ademola Adeleke as the duly elected governor by the state election petition tribunal. The appellate court also reserved judgment in the two other appeals filed by Mr Oyetola’s All Progressive Congress (APC) and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), challenging the same judgment of the tribunal. Tribunal:Atiku Presents Proof That Results From INEC Server Were Not Fabricated

Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has presented evidences to the Presidential Election Tribunal that the results from the server of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) which allegedly revealed that he defeated President Muhammadu Buhari in the last presidential election were genuine and not fabricated.
