Yul Edochie, ex- wife fight over infidelity, children’s custody

Jude Obasi, the former husband of actress, Judy Austin, is on a quest to regain access to his children.

During a recent meeting with his lawyer, Emeka Ugwuonye, he was assured he would soon be reunited with his kids.

Earlier in the week, Obasi had publicly lamented that he did not have access to the children he had with Judy, alleging that she was involved in an affair with Edochie while still married to him. He said, “She was still under my umbrella when she started moving with Yul. She is now making my life difficult. She told me she would frustrate me with those children because she knows I love them. Imagine a father like me with children who are aged 16 and 14 respectively, and I don’t have access to them. I have not seen those children in 10 years; how will I cope?

“Every time I think of it, it disrupts my mindset. It is unbearable. She isn’t with them; neither am I. Their upbringing greatly matters to me, so I need to see them.”

Responding to Obasi’s claims, Judy said, “That is the fattest lie ever told about me on social media. My previous marriage ended in March 2013, and I met Yul Edochie for the first time years after my marriage had ended.”

Supporting his wife, Yul, took to Instagram to express solidarity, writing, “Our progress and happiness is hurting many people and giving them sleepless nights. That is why they keep making all sorts of lies against us. They will talk until they are tired.”
