Without your help, I’ll win Grammy – Portable attacks Davido

The ongoing social media feud between controversial singer Portable and his colleague Davido has escalated, following a series of public accusations and actions.

Portable has launched another attack on Davido after the latter unfollowed him on Instagram.

The rift between the two artistes began when the Zazu crooner accused Davido of offering him misguided advice during a recent dinner in the United States.

According to Portable, Davido, who is signed with Sony Music, advised him against joining the same label and instead suggested he sign with Empire.

Portable interpreted this as an act of foul play, claiming that he, like Davido, aspires to win a Grammy.

He expressed concern that joining Empire might not support his Grammy ambitions in the same way Sony Music could.

In response to Portable’s public criticism, OBO crooner unfollowed him on Instagram on Thursday.

Reacting to this, Portable stated that he does not need Davido’s support or followership to succeed as an artist or to win a Grammy.

In a video message shared on his Instagram page, Portable said, “They tried to destroy me and quickly unfollowed me because I stopped being beneficial to them. Whether you help me or not, I will do my tour; whether you follow me or not, I will collect Grammy.”
