APC Replies Atiku Over Comments Against Tinubu, Supreme Court 

    The All Progressives Congress (APC) has described the 2023 Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, as a serial loser. APC spokesman, Felix Morka, said Nigeria was greater than Atiku’s unrealised presidential ambition. Morka was responding to Atiku’s world press conference on Monday, following the Supreme Court’s ruling that upheld President Bola Tinubu’s election. Following his defeat at the apex court, Atiku said the judiciary has become the “lost hope” of the common man. PDP asks CJN, 6 others to recuse selves on review of Imo Supreme Court judgment

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has written to Ibrahim Muhammad, chief justice of Nigeria, demanding that he and six other justices withdraw from hearing the application by Emeka Ihedioha for the review of its judgment on Imo governorship election. In a letter signed by Uche Secondus, the national chairman, and Umar Ibrahim Tsauri, national secretary, dated February 14, 2020, and seen by TheCable, the party demanded that a new panel be set up to hear Ihedioha’s application. Supreme Court Sacks Bayelsa governor-elect’s election, declares PDP winner
