A former Managing Director of Polaris Bank, Mr Tokunbo Abiru on Thursday emerged candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the Lagos East Senatorial bye-election, scheduled for Oct.31. Abiru emerged at the party’s primaries conducted across the 72 wards in the five local government areas in the senatorial district.
