Mr Alaba Abey, the Returning Officer of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Supare Akoko, ward 10 of Akoko Southwest Local Government in Ondo state, has been assassinated by unknown gunmen. Starnews NG reports that the deceased was the Returning Officer of the APC in the just concluded primary election that produced Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa as the candidate of the ruling party in Ondo State.
