The Oloba of Uso Has Once Again Reiterated The Need For Effective Security In The Town

Oba Adebiyi Oyinbade Olanipekun lll, was piqued with the incessant insecurity plaguing the nation, called on every well meaning sons and daughters of Uso

to rise up to the occasion in order to tame the problems associated with insecurity within Uso Community.

He was of the view that for any meaningful development to take place within the state in particular and the nation in general, people must be free to move around uninhindered saying economy should not be allowed to remain under the control of some unbridled elements.

Oba Adebiyi who was full of praises for the Uso Sons and daughters in diaspora for their quick response to energize the security arrangements put in place by the Oloba- in- Council, called for more information and participation of all and sundry in the community.

He said the Security vehicle donated to the community has gone a long way to ameliorate the tackling of the herders and such has brought relative peace to Uso and it’s environ.

He made a passionate appeal to the Youths in the community to be vigilant at all time and make information available to the Palace or the Police if they cite any suspicious movements anywhere in the community.

Responding on behalf of the Uso Sons and daughters in diaspora, Mr. Shafe Oluwafemi opined that the aim of the Association was to create a backward link between them and their Community and to ensure that people live in peace.

Mr. Oluwafemi who was enthusiastic about the deployment of all the security items supplied to the town urged total maximization of these gadgets and enjoined that peace was very Paramount when people are craving for economic emancipation.

He lauded the State government under Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu (SAN) for the establishment of the Amotekun Corps to champion the protection of the entire citizens of the state noting, that the multiplier effects of the noble move has made Ondo state one of the safest states in the federation.
