Starnews Nigeria reports that Rt. Hon Akindele was received into the ZLP by Ondo State deputy governor and the candidate of the ZLP, Hon. Agboola Ajayi at Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State.

The former speaker said she joined the ZLP for the interest of Ondo South Senatorial District which has suffered so many setbacks in the areas of developmental achievements.

”I am joining the ZLP because Ondo South Senatorial District has suffered so many setbacks in the areas of developmental achievements. We need a government that understands the pains and the agony that confronted the people of Ondo State at large.

”The level of sufferings in the state is unbearable and the neglect of the people of Ondo South is intolerable. I, therefore, decided to join forces with people of like minds for the actualisation of good things for the state at large and that of my people at the Southern District,” she said.
