Peter Obi’s Aides in Talks to Join APC – Bwala

Some top aides of Peter Obi, the 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate, are in discussions to join the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

Daniel Bwala, President Bola Tinubu’s media adviser, revealed on Monday during a TV interview that one of Obi’s handlers has already joined the APC, while another is currently in talks with party leaders.

He also shared that a media aide from Obi’s team has shown interest in moving over.

Bwala explained that these moves are not driven by money but by a belief that the APC has good intentions and is working to bring people together.

This development comes as Nigeria continues to deal with challenges like unemployment, which Obi has often spoken about.

The potential shift of his team members could reshape political alliances in the country.
