According to a report by Vanguard News, the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) in Abuja is getting ready to deliver its judgment on three petitions that challenge the election of President Bola Tinubu.
Justice Haruna Tsammani, who heads the five-member panel, has instructed all parties involved to appear before the court to present their final briefs of argument.
The petitions were filed against President Tinubu by the former Vice President and candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr. Peter Obi.
Now, they have been invited to submit their written addresses regarding their respective petitions.
