PDP group appoints Yeye Oge as diaspora women leader for Agboola Ajayi rescue mission

The Global Governing Council of PDP Rescue Mission International, through its Directorate of Diaspora And Foreign Missions, has appointed Hon. Olamiposi Awodimula from the United Kingdom as the Diaspora Women Leader of the International Campaign Council for Agboola Rescue Mission International (ARMI).

Hon. Olamiposi Awodimula, a distinguished member of the Diaspora Council of PDP Rescue Mission International in the United Kingdom, brings with her a wealth of experience in woman mobilization and youth empowerment in Ondo State.

Her proven track record and grassroots coordination make her an invaluable asset to the party’s mission.

Her appointment underscores the party’s commitment to fostering grassroots support, particularly among women and youth, for Hon. Agboola Ajayi’s gubernatorial candidacy in Ondo State.

Her close political ties with Hon. Agboola further strengthen the party’s resolve and positions it for success.

As the newly appointed Diaspora Women Leader, Hon. Olamiposi Awodimula will oversee the Diaspora Women Campaign Council, drive grassroots mobilization efforts across all local government areas of Ondo State, and facilitate diaspora and local funding to support our campaign activities.

Additionally, she will foster collaboration between the campaign organization, PDP Governorship Candidate Hon. Agboola Ajayi, and other relevant stakeholders.

Starnews NG reports that Olamiposi, popularly known as Yeye Oge, is a UK-based Chieftain of the People Democratic Party, (PDP), and former Supervisor for environment in Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State.

She was also a former female House of Assembly aspirant of the PDP in Okitipupa State Constituency II of Ondo State.

In a telephone interview with Starnews NG, she thanked the PDP group for her appointment and promised to put in her best to work for the emergence of Ajayi as the next governor of the state.

“I thank the group for my appointment, it is a demanding task and no doubt about that. I promise to put in my best to work for the emergence of our candidate and my leader, his excellency, Hon Agboola Ajayi, as the next governor of Ondo State”, she said.
