In a significant advancement for Yoruba language education, the Ondo State Government has officially approved *Akọ́mọnímọ̀ Èdè àti Gírámà Yorùbá*, a grammar textbook authored by Mike Kuwoye, for use by Junior Secondary School (JSS) students in the state.

The author, expressing his profound gratitude, thanked God Almighty, the State Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology, as well as Pastor Sam Moyebi for their invaluable support.

“I extend my sincere appreciation to the Ondo State Government and all who made this achievement possible,” Kuwoye said.

The textbook, designed for JSS 1-3 students, was launched on 10 October 2022, alongside Brenda The Pretty Lady.
