The Eselu of Iselu Kingdom, Oba Akintunde Akinyemi, has called on Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, to order the arrest of social media influencer, Ayomiposi Oluwadahunsi, popularly known as Mandy Kiss, over her controversial plan to engage in a 24-hour “sex marathon.”
Mandy Kiss had announced on Instagram that she would attempt a Guinness World Record by having sexual encounters with 100 men in one day. The event, scheduled to begin on October 30, 2025, is expected to take place in Ikorodu, Lagos, although the exact venue was not disclosed.
Her announcement, which included a flier bearing the Guinness World Record (GWR) logo, has drawn public outrage. GWR, however, clarified via X (formerly Twitter) that it does not monitor or recognize such records.
In an open letter on Friday, Oba Akinyemi described the planned act as “shameful and dangerous,” warning that it could embarrass her family, Ogun State, and Nigeria at large.
“Mr. Governor, it is disheartening to see a Yoruba girl from Ogun State planning to disgrace her parents and our society before the entire world. From my assessment, she may not even survive what she intends to do,” the monarch wrote.
The traditional ruler urged security agencies to intervene before the situation escalates, insisting that Mandy Kiss should be arrested and subjected to a drug test. He suggested that she may be mentally unstable or under the influence of drugs.
He further proposed that, after her arrest, she should be returned to Ogun State for rehabilitation under the supervision of Governor Dapo Abiodun.
Oba Akinyemi stressed that the Federal Government must take stronger action to regulate social media and curb immoral practices among Nigerian youths.
Despite public backlash and rejection by GWR, Mandy Kiss has maintained that she will proceed with her controversial plan.
