King of Boys: Charlyboy drops ‘Odudubariba’ after playing role in movie

Nigerian Maverick entertainer and activist, Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charlyboy has dropped his song, Odudubariba after playing the role in the movie, “King of Boys.”

The singer made this known in a statement released to DAILY POST on Tuesday.

“My people, the eagle has landed. I been tell una say, I no dey finish.

“The long awaited Odudubariba music film video has dropped today.

“Watch out, it’s playing on all your TV channels.”

Recall that Charlyboy in the Netflix-adopted series ‘King of Boys’ directed by Kemi Adetiba played the role of ‘Odudubariba.’

‘Odudubariba’ is one of the elders on the round table who intends to take over the crown from Sola Sobowale and become ‘King of Boys.’

When asked why he accepted the role in King of Boys despite turning down other movie roles, Charlyboy told DAILY POST in an interview that he accepted the role because he’s a fan of Kemi Adetiba and it was an honour to be invited for such a role.
