Injured Lagos driver incurs debt after crashing rented N400m car

A man known on Instagram as Trammania has turned to social media, seeking financial assistance after being involved in a serious accident that left two luxury cars – a 2022 Corvette Stingray and a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee – completely wrecked.

The vehicles, which he is said to have rented for drifting, were written off in the crash.

In a series of photos and videos shared on his Instagram page, Trammania revealed that the accident occurred on Saturday, 14th September 2024.

He is currently receiving treatment in hospital and, despite surviving the terrifying incident, he is facing substantial medical expenses and property damage.

Sharing his ordeal in a heartfelt caption, he wrote, “Yesterday evening, 14th of September 2024, I watched my life flash right before my eyes. It all happened so fast. Still traumatised. Thought it was all over. Still can’t believe I’m alive. God really loves me & yesterday confirms all doubts. I’m grateful to still be here. I’ll never forget. Head jammed, back hurts, face bruised. Couldn’t even sleep at night – too much pain. Flashbacks messing with my head already. Hospital bills going crazy. Over ₦400 million in damages. Corvette Stingray 2022 GONE. Jeep Grand Cherokee 2015 GONE. Property damage. Won’t lie, I don’t even know where to start from, but I’m glad I’m still here. God has plans for me. Still hospitalised. I’ll need all the love & support I can possibly get from the public.
