Fed Govt declares July 20, 21 public holidays

 

The Federal Government has declared Tuesday, July 20 and Wednesday, July 21, 2021, as public holidays to mark this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration.

Interior Minister Rauf Aregbesola made the declaration on Thursday on behalf of the Federal Government.

He congratulated Muslims in Nigeria and across the world on the celebration.

A statement in Abuja by the Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Dr. Shuaib Belgore, urged Nigerians to observe COVID-19 protocols during the celebration.
