Starnews gathered that governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State failed to appear in his Unit to cast his vote, unit 1 ward 1 at Erepodun- Ifelodun local government as at the time of filing this report.
It was also gathered that security officials are threatening to arrest voters at the unit who refuse to go home after casting their votes.
Crisis also erupted for about 5 minutes in Are Ekiti, close to Afao town which is the governor’s home town when the electorates had issues with men of the civil defence force.
Government house source told starnews that the governor is still at home sleeping as at the time of filing this report.
