Edo, Kano Leaders Resolve Dispute Over Uromi Killings

The political leaders of Edo and Kano states have addressed the recent killings in Uromi, according to the Defence Headquarters (DHQ).

On Thursday, Major General Markus Kangye, Director of Defence Media Operations, confirmed that both states had developed a plan to resolve the matter.

This comes after the leaders of Edo State visited their counterparts in Kano to discuss the situation and the families of the victims.

Kangye assured that the issue had been resolved at the political level and emphasized that there would be no further problems.

He added that any individuals or groups causing unrest would be investigated by security agencies.
