Ajele Listin, a prominent figure in the Dibigbini community in Ese-Odo local government area of Ondo State, has urgently appealed to government at various levels for assistance following a rainstorm that wrecked havoc in the area.

In a heartfelt plea, Listin highlighted the devastating impact of the recent disaster on numerous homes in their town.

Speaking on behalf of the community, Listin emphasized the severity of the situation, stating that more than 50 zinc houses were affected.

He added that the aftermath of the ugly incident has left families displaced and in urgent need of support.

Listin underscored the critical need for government intervention, citing the high cost of zinc, which poses a significant barrier to rebuilding efforts for affected families.

Despite managing to address immediate concerns such as food provision, Listin expressed deep concern for the well-being of community members who have been traumatized by the incident.

In light of these challenges, Listin issued a heartfelt plea to government officials, urging them to extend assistance to the community in their efforts to rebuild and recover from the incident.
