Breaking: Sotitobire Founder to spend Christmas in Olokuta prison over missing child

The Founder of Sotitobire Miracle Church in Akure, the state capital, Alfa Babatunde, has been remanded in Olokuta prison custody by a Chief Magistrate Court over the disappearance of a year old boy, Gold Kolawole, in his church last month.

The court said he should be kept in prison till January 17, 2019.

Prophet Alfa Babatunde was today arraigned before An Akure magistrate’s court sitting at Oke-Eda on two counts of conspiracy and kidnapping of minor.

The Department of Security Service, DSS on Monday docked the clergyman after spending about 13days in the agency’s detention.

Prophet Babatunde was arraigned alongside six other defendants, Omodara Olayinka Margaret Oyebola ,Grace Ogunjobi, Egunjobi Motunrayo ,Esther Kayode and Peter Anjorin.
