Aiyedatiwa Reacts as Court Dismisses Dismisses Suit Challenging His Qualification

By Our Correspondent

Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has expressed relief over the dismissal of a case challenging his eligibility for the recent governorship election.

Reacting through his Chief Press Secretary, Ebenezer Adeniyan, the governor described the ruling as a positive outcome, bringing an end to what he considered an unnecessary distraction.

The Federal High Court dismissed the suit filed by Agboola Ajayi, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, affirming Aiyedatiwa’s qualification for the election.

The decision was seen as a resolution to lingering doubts surrounding the governor’s eligibility.
