Access Bank sends important message to customers

Access Bank Plc has informed its customers about an upcoming scheduled system maintenance exercise.

According to the bank, the maintenance is aimed at optimizing the functionality of its banking applications.

The maintenance is set to take place on Sunday, August 25, 2024, between 2:15 AM and 6:30 AM WAT.

During this period, there will be a temporary disruption of services across several of the bank’s platforms, including Mobile App, Internet Banking, PrimusPlus, *901# and Transfers to and from other banks.

Customers are advised to use their cards for transactions during the maintenance window.

Access Bank has assured that all services will be fully restored once the maintenance is completed.

The bank also apologized for any inconvenience this exercise may cause.
