The lawmaker representing Okitipupa/Irele Federal Constituency in Ondo State at the National Assembly, Hon Gboluga Dele Ikengboju, has felicitated Barrister Eyitayo Jegede SAN on his 60th birthday.
In a letter he signed on Monday and addressed to Jegede, Ggboluga who was Jegede’s running mate in the October 2020 Governorship election in Ondo State, described Jegede as a source of inspiration and enormous courage to him and many of his followers.
He also used the occasion of Jegede’s birthday to commend him for his sacrifice and commitment towards the preservation of democratic tenets and his willingness to participate fully in electoral processes, while continually advocating for a working system.
The Lawmaker wrote: “You are a source of inspiration and enormous courage to me and many of your followers.”
“Your humility, hard work, uncommon courage, fear of God, kindness, outstanding credentials and other attributes are some of the reasons we remain loyal and dedicated to you.”
“We are not going to abandon that inspiration and courage you instilled in us,” he added
He however wished the Senior Advocate of Nigeria a remarkable birthday.
