’You are a role model’, BBO celebrates Asiwaju Ogunyomi @ 70

Hon Banji Ben Okunomo (BBO), a former chairman of Ilaje Local Government, and Ondo State 2020 Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial Aspirant, on Sunday, celebrated a former clerk of the National Assembly, Asiwaju Oluyemi Ogunyomi on the occasion of his 70th birthday.

In a personal release obtained by Starnews NG, BBO described Ogunyomi as an erudite leader, a scholar, an enigma, an astute technocrat of note and a role model.

He wrote:

”I wish to congratulate our erudite leader, scholar, enigma, role model and astute technocrat of note and former clerk of the National Assembly of Nigeria, Asiwaju Oluyemi Ogunyomi on the celebration of his 70th birthday today.”

”It is on record that you are the first Ilaje man that attained the enviable feat of a very senior public servant in the national service of our federation.”

”Your achievements are unquantifiable particularly in the area of service to humanity. Your patriotism, nation-building, and by extension community leadership in the Ilaje race are second to none.”

”On this occasion of your birthday, I pray God Almighty to continue to provide good health, protection and above all, long life and prosperity.”
