Woli Arole Criticizes Nigerians Abroad Over Superiority Attitude

Comedian and prophet, Woli Arole, has criticized Nigerians living overseas for often displaying a sense of superiority, urging them to embrace humility.

Sharing his thoughts via Instagram, Arole recounted an encounter with a man who, in an attempt to impress him, proudly announced his recent return from the United States. However, Arole was quick to remind the individual that despite living in Nigeria, he is doing exceptionally well.

Delivering a firm message, Arole cautioned Nigerians abroad against looking down on those at home simply because they live outside the country.

He wrote:
“Don’t develop a superiority complex just because you live abroad. I met someone who said, ‘Hey Arole, how are you doing? I just got back from America,’ with so much pride. Oga, be humble. I live in Nigeria and I’m doing very well.”
