The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike, has called on Nigerians to submit to God’s will as they join Christians worldwide in celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, Wike expressed confidence that Nigeria’s future will continue to improve under President Bola Tinubu’s ‘Renewed Hope Agenda.’ He congratulated residents of Abuja for the privilege of celebrating another Christmas and emphasized the need for a renewed dedication to serving God and obeying His commandments.

Wike highlighted the importance of love and unity, offering prayers for more Christmas celebrations in good health. He urged all to use this festive season to recommit themselves to God’s service and obey His laws.

“Christians, especially, should remain obedient to God’s commandments as demonstrated by Jesus Christ,” Wike said. He reminded followers of Christ of their ongoing responsibility to uphold and adhere to God’s laws as they seek His kingdom.
