The draw for the second edition of the qualifier of the women’s CAF champions was held in Rabat Morocco on Wednesday, Starnews.com.ng report
Nigeria representative, Bayelsa Queens were handed a tough draw in the WAFU B draw which has seven teams.
Bayelsa Queens qualified to represent the country a few weeks ago after they emerged the winner of the Super 6 competition which was held in Edo State.
The Nigeria side were placed in group B alongside Ampem Darkoa of Ghana, USFA ( Burkina Faso) and Athlets ( Togo).
Group A consist of 3 teams including As D’ Abidjan ( CIV), AS Police ( Niger) and Espoir ( Benin).
The qualifier will take place in Ivory Coast from August 13th to 28th with the winner representing the region in Morocco
