WAEC Releases 2024 WASSCE Results for Private Candidates

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced the release of the 2024 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results for private candidates in the Second Series.

A total of 65,023 candidates took the exam, with 43,923 of them earning credit and above in at least five subjects.

Among them, 34,878 candidates, making up 53.64%, achieved credit and above in five subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.

To check results, candidates should:

  1. Visit www.waecdirect.org.
  2. Enter their 10-digit WAEC Examination Number.
  3. Input the four-digit examination year (e.g., 2024).
  4. Select “Private Candidate Results.”
  5. Provide the e-PIN Voucher Number.
  6. Enter the Personal Identification Number (PIN) from the e-PIN.
  7. Click “Submit” to view results.

Candidates can now check their scores online using these steps.
