The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has reassured Nigerians that the challenges of hunger and insecurity will soon be resolved under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Speaking on Tuesday, December 3, at the flag-off ceremony for the construction of the 9.8-kilometer Kabusa-Takushara access road in Abuja, Wike stated that the president is working diligently to address these pressing issues.
He urged Nigerians to remain patient and supportive, emphasizing the administration’s commitment to fulfilling its promises. “The government is determined to deliver on its commitments, including constructing roads and installing streetlights in rural communities,” Wike said.
The minister also pledged that the road project would be completed within six to seven months, marking a significant step toward improving infrastructure and living conditions in underserved areas.
Wike’s remarks underscore the Tinubu administration’s focus on tackling key challenges while implementing long-term solutions to improve the lives of citizens.
