Doyin Okupe, former spokesperson for the Peter Obi Presidential Campaign, has described President Bola Tinubu as a “good president,” praising his performance during his first presidential media chat.

Okupe highlighted Tinubu’s composure, brilliance, and understanding of national issues, which he said were evident during the session. He commended the president’s ability to communicate effectively and address key matters confidently.

“Kudos to the President’s media team on the first Presidential Media Chat,” Okupe stated. “President Tinubu was bold, articulate, and demonstrated clarity in his responses. I must admit, he is a damn good president. And I should know, having worked closely with two former presidents,” he added.

Okupe also acknowledged the efforts of the presidential media team for organizing the event, emphasizing its importance in projecting the president’s capabilities.

His remarks have drawn attention, given his previous role in the opposition. However, the acknowledgment of Tinubu’s performance reflects a gesture of bipartisan recognition of leadership qualities.
