“Those whom gods want to destroy, they first make mad”– Fayose Mocks Fayemi

Governor Ayodele Fayose Peter, the executive governor of Ekiti State, has allegedly attributed the sadly incident that occurred today in Ekiti State where some armed men fired shot at some APC chieftains in the state due to Dr. Kayode Fayemi desperation to clinch unto power.

Governor Fayose accused Fayemi of returning bloodshed to Ekiti State following his return to the state today.

Fayose said in his tweet that Ekiti was once a peaceful state before the arrival of Fayemi.

The governor said that “those the god wants to destroy, they first make mad,”Fayose tweeted.

The comment read :

“Fayemi is having in all these challenges because of his desperation. It is instructive that there was chaos at the APC primary election and his return to Ekiti today brought bloodshed to a once peaceful Ekiti State. Those whom the gods want to destroy,  they first make mad.”
