Herdsmen kidnap woman, stepson in Ondo, demand N10million ransom

A woman, Mrs Olawumi Adeleye and her stepson, Destiny Paul, were allegedly abducted on the Airport Road, in Osi town in the Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State. Ondo varsity unions protest unlawful retirement, non-remittance of pensions

Governor Akeredolu Reacts As Collapsed Building Kills Student In Ondo

Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, has reacted to the news of the news of collapsed school building which resulted in the death of a female student in Ondo.  The incident occurred at a primary School in Ondo City around 12noon on Friday during school hours. Ondo Students Defy Police Teargas, Battle Akeredolu Over Hike In Tuition Fees

Students of tertiary institutions in Ondo State are not relenting in their calls for the governor of the state, Rotimi Akeredolu, to immediately review downwards their school fees.
