INEC releases full list of elected candidates in Zamfara

Court Stops INEC From Issuing Certificate Of Return To Okorocha

The Federal  High  Court  sitting in Owerri has ordered that the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) should not issue a Certificate of Return to Rochas Okorocha as a senator-elect for Imo West. INEC Releases Statement On Supreme Court Judgment On Zamfara Election

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says it will announce its decision on Zamfara elective positions on Monday.  Reacting to the supreme court ruling which sacked all candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the general election, Festus Okoye, INEC director of voter education and publicity, said the commission will meet on Saturday after an emergency meeting held Friday afternoon. The APC had been declared winner of the state governorship election as well as seven house of representatives seats, three senatorial positions and 24 house of assembly seats.

Tribunal:Atiku Presents Proof That Results From INEC Server Were Not Fabricated

Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has presented evidences to the Presidential Election Tribunal that the results from the server of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) which allegedly revealed that he defeated President Muhammadu Buhari in the last presidential election were genuine and not fabricated.
