Students of ATBU narrowly escape death 

 

Students of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, ATBU, in Bauchi State narrowly escaped death yesterday after the vehicle conveying them was involved in a ghastly accident.

The news was posted on Voice of Balewites, the students’ Facebook group.

According to the post, the students were en route to Abuja two days after completing their exams when the accident occurred.

”A bus carrying ATBU students and other passengers encountered a dreadful accident along the Abuja route due to brake failure. Thankfully, all passengers, including the students, emerged unharmed. We owe it all to the grace of God,” the post read.

However, details of the number of students involved in the accident are still sketchy as of the time of writing this report.
