Starnews NG Publisher, Akinrinlola, Extols Pastor Babatunde Iyanda at 77

Publisher of Starnews NG, Olumide Akinrinlola, has extolled the virtues of the General Overseer of Emmanuel Evangelical Prayer and Deliverance Ministries, Pastor Babatunde Iyanda, as the revered cleric marked his 77th birthday.

In a heartfelt tribute, Akinrinlola, who has followed Pastor Iyanda’s ministry for over a decade, described him as a Spirit-filled and anointed servant of God whose ministry has been a source of hope and healing to many within and beyond Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State.

“Pastor Babatunde Iyanda is full of grace and humility. I have personally witnessed countless miracles under his ministration: cases of the blind receiving their sight, mentally ill individuals being restored to sanity, and people with terminal illnesses and stroke regaining their health,” Akinrinlola said.

Though unable to attend the thanksgiving service held in honour of the cleric at the church’s headquarters in Okitipupa, Akinrinlola said his spirit was fully with the celebrant, adding that the pastor’s impact on lives cannot be overstated.

“I join his family, friends, and the congregation in celebrating this great man of God. Many happy returns, Pastor! It is my fervent prayer that I will be alive to celebrate your 90th birthday,” he added.

The thanksgiving service saw members of the church, family, friends, and well-wishers converge to honour Pastor Iyanda, who has become known for his prophetic ministry, healing miracles, and unwavering commitment to the work of God.
