Rerun election witness low turnout in Delta

The rerun election in the Delta State House of Assembly, Ethiope-West Constituency, was on Saturday marred by low turnout of voters in the various polling units and wards.

According to reports, the people of Oghara, Mosogar and Jesse Communities were seen going about their normal businesses in Ethiope-West Local Government Area.

Though security personnel and INEC ad-hoc staff were on ground at the various polling units and wards visited, there was largely voter apathy.
