Ondo Traders pray for Aiyedatiwa, endorse continuity, sing praises

Ondo Market Women and Men, popularly known as Iya Loja and Baba Loja have rained prayers and sang praises of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, for removing the barricades popularly known as ‘Wall of Jericho’ from the Oba Adesida road in Akure, Ondo state capital.

While responding to a visit by a group known as Professional For Good Governance in support of Ayedatiwa Vanguard sensitisation of the market women, the Ondo traders urged Governor Aiyedatiwa to continue with his good work while they rained an interreligious prayer on him by a Christian Sister and a Muslim brother among them.

They thanked the governor for his good deeds following the visit led by the trio of Mr Segun Joseph, Dr. Fasua Gbenga, Rotimi Faparusi and a host of other stakeholders and leaders of the group to the market on Monday in Akure, the State Capital.

In a video obtained by Starnews NG, the elated market women and men said while praising the Governor that, “Continue your good work Aiyedatiwa, the Lord would make you rule the state successfully and your enemies would be put to shame,” they added.

They also prayed for the governor to go higher and that his tenure would favour the people of Ondo state.

Likewise, Starnews NG reports that they prayed for sound health for the governor to have a successful administration.
