Ondo Monarch Debunk Death Rumours

Oba Fredrick Akinruntan, the Olugbo of Ugbo kingdom in Ondo State, has dismissed rumors about his death.

Speaking from his vacation through his lawyer, Chief Sola Ebiseni, the monarch assured that he is in good health.

He noted that he received numerous calls from concerned individuals following reports of his death.

The traditional ruler described the false news as a sign of longevity in Yoruba culture and confirmed that he would return home soon.

His son, Prince Akinfemiwa Akinruntan, also reassured the public that the monarch is well and urged people to stop spreading false information.
