No fewer than 15 vehicles vandalised as APC, ADC supporters clash in Ondo

A violent clash has ensued at the Yaba Area of Ondo town, Ondo State between the supporters of the All Progressives Congress and those of the African Democratic Congress.

The PUNCH gathered that many people were seriously injured and no fewer than 15 vehicles were vandalised in the clash that started Thursday evening.

The incident came a few hours before the local government election in the state.

The cause of the fight was unknown as of the time of filing this report but it was learnt that the clash was not unconnected with the council poll coming up on Saturday.
