The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has cautioned the public against fraudulent admission letters circulating online, which claim to offer entry into the NDA 77 Regular Course (RC).
In a statement issued from Kaduna, the academy’s Public Relations Officer, Maj. Reuben Kovangiya, said the attention of the NDA had been drawn to the circulation of letters purportedly signed by the academy’s Registrar, offering admission into the 77 RC.
Maj. Kovangiya described the letters as “not only fake but obviously the antics of fraudsters, whose sole intention is to defraud unsuspecting members of the public.”
He emphasised that the official admission list for successful candidates and reserves for 77 RC was published on August 19, 2025, in Daily Trust and Daily Sun newspapers, and is also available on the NDA’s official website: www.nda.edu.ng.
According to Kovangiya, successful candidates for the 77 RC have already resumed, and the admission process has been concluded.
He urged members of the public to disregard any letters or messages claiming to offer admission into the academy and advised verification of admission information directly from the Office of the Registrar via [email protected].
