Malawi vice president killed in plane crash

 

Vice President of Malawi, Dr. Saulos Chilima has been confirmed dead in a plane crash.

The military plane carrying 10 people, including the Vice President, went missing on Monday while flying over the northern region of Malawi.

Sources close to the government have revealed that the plane has been located, and sadly, all passengers on board have perished.

The incident has sent shockwaves across the nation, with President Lazarus Chakwera set to address Malawians at 12 noon today.

Search efforts have been ongoing since then, with the military and government officials working tirelessly to locate the aircraft.
