Kano Govt revokes licence of Kannywood actress, Samha Inuwa

Kannyood actress, Samha M. Inuwa’s licence has been revoked by the Kano state government over indecent dressing and posting of vulgar content.

The government disclosed this in a statement issued by its Censorship Board’s Information Officer, Abdullahi Sani Sulaiman, on Saturday.

Also films featuring Samha have also been censored by the state government.

Samha was barred from appearing in any films for the next 12 months.

According to the statement, the actress who was repeatedly warned over her “crude dressing and vulgar displays,” has continued to flout the Board’s regulations.

According to Daily Post, the statement indicated that the development was in response to multiple complaints received from Kano citizens regarding her conduct.
